Anti-Slavery Statement

This statement is made on behalf of EXPERIENCE EXP LTD pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”) and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement.

Organisational Structure
EXPERIENCE EXP LTD is an independent privately limited company incorporated in England and Wales (registered number 08584281). The registered address is Fraser House, White Cross Business Park, South Road, Lancaster, LA1 4XQ.

Our Approach
We are committed to acting in the most ethical way possible in our day-to-day business activity, ensuring relationships are built on integrity, trust, and transparency. We have robust systems in place to ensure modern slavery is not taking place in any part of our business or through our supply chains.

Our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy reflects our commitment to honesty and transparency consistent with obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. The policy is supported by disciplinary, grievance and whistleblowing policies in our employee handbook and all staff are encouraged to take responsibility for ensuring that there is no breach of the Policy and to report any concerns.

Suppliers
We use trusted suppliers to deliver some of our services. We expect the same standards for all suppliers as part of our contracting and tender process and carry out regular checks to ensure the standards are being adhered to. We may terminate any agreement with immediate effect if a supplier breaches our Anti-Slavery Policy.

Training
Staff with responsibility for procurement receive training to ensure they are aware of our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy and our expectations of suppliers. Regular training is provided to ensure the standards are upheld.

Review
We review our processes regularly to ensure we meet our obligations of the Act. This includes:

• Obtaining a compliance statement and compliance of the policy from suppliers
• Ensuring new suppliers are aware of our standards and expectations
• Providing regular training
• Reviewing the process regularly
• Documenting any issues within EXPERIENCE EXP LTD and the supply chain
