Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI Statement

The artwork, design files, source files, creative concepts and other materials provided by EXPERIENCE EXP LTD (“EXP”) are supplied subject to EXP’s Terms of Business and the intellectual property provisions contained therein.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

1. The materials supplied by EXP may be used by the client for the purposes of its business in accordance with the licence granted under EXP’s Terms of Business.
2. The materials must not be uploaded, submitted, transferred or otherwise made available to any Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform, Large Language Model (LLM), image generation system, machine learning platform or similar technology for the purpose of:
   • training, developing or improving an AI model;
   • creating datasets;
   • generating derivative works;
   • reverse engineering design, branding or creative assets; or
   • modifying, adapting or recreating work originally produced by EXP.
3. No rights are granted to permit the use of EXP’s work in any manner that may result in the creation of derivative models, datasets, training materials or automated design systems.
4. Where the client wishes to use EXP’s work in conjunction with AI tools for operational business purposes, prior written consent must be obtained from EXP.
5. All intellectual property rights remain subject to EXP’s Terms of Business and nothing in this statement transfers ownership of any intellectual property beyond the rights expressly granted to the client.

By accepting and using the supplied materials, the client acknowledges and agrees to these requirements.
