Exciting news – our team has grown!
Jess Firth joins the team as a Marketing Consultant while Conner Griffin is hired as a Graphic Designer.
Jess has a wealth of experience having previously been an Account Manager for a leading northwest digital agency and more recently an in-house Marketing Manager for a large garden centre. She will lead marketing strategy and content at EXP.
She said “I am delighted to be joining the EXP team, especially at a time of such growth. I have already seen first-hand the amazing work the team produce for our clients, and I look forward to bringing my experience to support that, and continue pushing boundaries in the work we do.”
With over 8 years of agency experience, Conner Griffin will be using his skills in graphic design, motion design, and illustration to widen EXP’s offering to clients.
“With design principles closely aligned to my own, I look forward to bringing new skills and enthusiasm to EXP. Leaning on my experience in food, drink and packaging, I am keen to grow individually and complement a team with a glowing reputation and wealth of knowledge” he said.
The pair join EXP as we celebrate our 10th anniversary, and will be working with the likes of Lancaster University, Lincrusta, Angstrom Technology, City of York Council, and Sovini Group.
