A new brand and digital platform for serviced apartment consultancy
SilverDoor, established in 2000, is one of the world’s largest and most trusted serviced apartment agents. After identifying a need for a consultancy and training offering within the industry, the team requested our help to create a name and visual identity for its new sister company, which would focus on advice and training.

Approach
Developing a new brand can be a daunting task, especially when naming is required.
The client had some specific requirements including a short, easy-to-pronounce name for the European and North American markets, available across social media, and with a .com domain. It also had to complement established brands in the group including SilverDoor and Domus Stay.
Visually, the brand needed to be a contrast to other B2B consultants that have a conservative look and feel.

After stakeholder engagement and multiple strategy sessions, Ariosi was born from an acronym inspired by the values: Analytical, Results, Intelligence, Open, Smart, Informed.
The core of the brand identity is based on exponential curves to create wings that give the impression of elevation – putting growth at the heart of the business. The brand language of curved, rounded shapes extends to data and infographics to present crucial information in an engaging way, with a colour palette that’s bright and inviting.
GSAIR
The brand is used in both offline and digital marketing, including GSAIR (Global Serviced Apartment Industry Report) – an annual report that provides insight into the sector.
Digital
To drive the business forward, we designed and developed a bespoke website for Ariosi.
In contrast to competitors in the sector – the site pushes the team’s personality with vibrant colour, imagery, and infographics to present information in an engaging way.
