A new brand for a £13m development in the Lake District

Chandlers Homes is a developer of luxury properties.

The family-run business tasked us with helping them launch in a hyper-competitive market as they embarked on their first and only development, Bridgefield – a £13m site on the edge of the Lake District.

We needed to develop a brand and marketing strategy with considerations given to the audience, product offering, market position, affordability, and customer journey from acquisition to completion and handover.


Bridgefield properties are unique, built to a luxury specification with locally sourced materials. The location is a short distance from beautiful beaches, stunning walks, and mountain routes.

We designed an identity that celebrates Bridgefield’s location with natural textures and colour palette inspired by the Lake District. Soft greens, blues, and sand colours reference beaches, mountains, and rolling countryside hills.

The CH capsule logo is inspired by the development’s central green area to encourage community, whilst the mix of serif and sans-serif type references the property designs with a unique blend of tradition and innovation.


The website’s clean design continues the brand’s calming qualities with plenty of white space that allows the content to breathe as the user navigates through beautiful visuals.

Interactivity is provided in the form of large image galleries and impressive virtual reality to explore the development from wherever you are.

Layered images and textures give an editorial quality, whilst subtle animation guides the user to convert, whether it’s viewing availability, registering interest, or making contact with the sales agent.
